H. LEE THOMASON -

1967 with a Degree in Building Construction, School of Architecture.
- Associated with Richards &
Associates for 20 years as Project Engineer, Project Manager,
Industrial Projects Manager and Division Manager.
- Joined Aubrey Silvey Enterprises,
Inc. in April 1988 as Manager of Power Equipment Services.
- Thirty Six (36) years of commercial,
institutional and heavy industrial construction with duties ranging
from estimating, purchasing and scheduling.
- Experienced in Heavy Hauling of all
types of equipment, rigging, placement, alignment and other aspects
of permitting over the road and lifting.
CHARLES BOLTON
- SUPERINTENDENT
- Graduated from Carrollton High
School. Spent four years in U.S. Marine Corps until attained rank of
Corporal. Assigned to Marine Helicopter Squadron One as a Crew
Chief. Received an honorable discharge with full ranking and top
priority security clearance.
- Attended and graduated from Alabama
Aviation and Technical College as a Certified A & P Mechanic.
- Joined Aubrey Silvey Enterprises,
Inc. in December 1991 as a Transformer Installation Technician of
Power Equipment Services.
- Advanced to Superintendent in 1996.
Advanced to General Superintendent in 2001.
WADE TATE -
SUPERINTENDENT
- Graduated from Bessemer Academy in
Bessemer, Alabama in 1989.
- Associated with a substation service
company for twelve years as a Field Technician specializing in Power
Factor, Ratio Testing and Meggering of large power transformers.
Voltage class of equipment and controls experience ranges from 12kV
distribution to 750kV transmission.
- Developed into a Field
Superintendent with assembly and vacuum processing skills. Field
duties also included coordination and scheduling of projects with
manufacturers delivery and construction schedules.
- Joined Aubrey Silvey Enterprises,
Inc. in September 2001 as a Superintendent for the Power Equipment
Services Division.
TERRI WATSON –
BUSINESS MANAGER
- Graduated from West Georgia College
in 1992 with a BBA in Accounting.
- Joined Aubrey Silvey Enterprises,
Inc. in 1997 as an accountant for SEFCOR, Inc., promoted to Business
Manager of Substations Construction Services including the Power
Equipment Services Division & Testing Services Group.
- Extensive experience in job cost
monitoring & control, vendor invoice auditing, accounts receivable
collections, monitoring cash flows, obtaining waivers, contract
administration and obtaining & maintaining licensing requirements in
the Continental US.
- Direct responsibilities for the
Power Equipment Services Group included customer invoicing, customer
satisfaction surveys, financial statement auditing, accounts
receivable collections, job costs analysis, financial ratio analysis
and business planning.
